Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 large onion (about 50 grams)
  • 7 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 75 grams of salt
  • 5 medium tomatoes
  • 100 grams whole almonds
  • 200 grams serrano ham
  • 4 slices of wheat bread
  • 5 glasses of water

Preparation part one

  • First make sure that all vegetables are well washed.
  • Then put a pan of water on a low heat.
  • Let it warm up slowly for 20 minutes.
  • When the water is almost boiling, add the eggs and let them cook for 10 minutes.
  • Then remove the eggs from the water and put them on a separate plate, then peel and cut them into pieces.
