Attention! Forbidden Food For Irritable Bowels

Be careful with foods that could aggravate the symptoms of an irritable bowel.

People who suffer from irritable bowel can relieve or improve the symptoms by following a regular and balanced diet, which allows them to lead a normal life.

The symptoms caused by irritable bowel syndrome can be very uncomfortable and cause a lot of problems. Everyone who suffers from this syndrome can experience different discomforts, because not every organism reacts in the same way. Certain foods can be problematic for some people and not for others.

That is why we will tell you about the nutrients that you should not or should not eat when you suffer from irritable bowel, as eating these foods can actually make the problem worse.

Avoid fried foods and fast food

Hamburger

Fried foods such as chips, chicken and basically anything fried in a lot of oil can be very harmful to your health and it is even better to avoid if you suffer from irritable bowel syndrome. Fast foods such as burgers, pizza and hot dogs are also included in this list, as these meals can make your problem much worse.

Steaming or baking food in the oven can be a healthy alternative to deep-frying. Baked foods, whether done in a pan or grill, are also much healthier. If you do need a little oil, it is best to choose olive or coconut oil.

Eat as little red meat as possible if you suffer from irritable bowels

We recommend that you avoid eating red meats as much as possible, including sausage, ham, minced meat and pork chops, as these meats take longer to digest and therefore stay in your body longer. Therefore, they also affect your gut health.

Many people cannot do without a decent portion of meat for lunch or dinner, but you should actually try to eat meat at least three times a week. If you eat meat, it is best to do so fried or boiled, lean, tender and without fat.

milk

Milk products should be kept far away from people who suffer from irritable bowels,  as they do not contain the necessary fiber for proper digestion and they also contain lactose and fat. Whey protein and casein also increase the risk of digestive problems, such as severe diarrhea and constipation.

Cow’s milk can be replaced by  almond milk, soy milk or unprocessed goat’s milk.

Be careful with egg yolks

It is best to eat as few eggs as possible or at least avoid the yolk. An egg yolk contains a lot of fat. Protein is easier to digest and therefore healthier.

sugars

Refined sugars contain no vitamins or minerals. They only deliver carbohydrates and therefore offer no benefit to your body .  All refined sugars and artificial sweeteners generally easily cause digestive problems. Therefore, it is best to limit its consumption as much as possible.

A healthy alternative is to use unprocessed organic honey  as it will give you the energy needed for a healthy and natural daily lifestyle.

Do not drink drinks that contain a lot of caffeine or sugar

Carbonated drinks, as we all know, contain a lot of sugar. These drinks are bad for digestion because they can lead to dehydration. When your body doesn’t get enough water, it can cause constipation.

If you want to drink coffee (because of the caffeine), it is best to drink a lot of water. Green tea is also a good option, along with fresh and homemade fruit juices. In this way you promote digestion and you automatically get good intestinal health.
